Observa(c)tion

The exhibition of the 2nd year students of the Jewellery and Blacksmithing Department of the Estonian Academy of Arts

Observa(c)tion is an analysis of human behavioural patterns and everyday rituals. Whether it is a candid or public observation, whether oneself or others are being observed, or whether one allows oneself to be observed – all these questions will be expressed in the displayed works. The exhibited jewellery has been produced from iron, glass, silk, ashes, brass, precious wood, porcelain and gems.

The exhibition features the following artists: Anastassia Nikitina, Claudia Lepik, Liisbeth Kirss, Liina Lelov, Kätlin Kokk, Veronika Ovsyannikova, Sigrid Kuusk, Ljubov Kedrina, Marilin Laas (glass art), Kaia Ansip, Liisbet Linntamm.

The works have been supervised by: Eve Margus-Villems, Nils Hint, Urmas Lüüs, Piret Ellamaa, Jens A. Clausen, Fred Truus.
