Modes of mediating applied art and design<\/span><\/h2><\/div>

The seminar invited everyone to listen and discuss the topic of how to talk about and introduce applied art in a way that it would attract a wider audience as well<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span>How to mediate applied art and design to different audiences and provoke meaningful discussions that would develop an overall design literacy? How does the small number of analytical texts about applied art affect artists?<\/span><\/p>\n

The seminar wished to provide a platform for artists, curators, gallerists and marketing and communications specialists<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Top experts from both Estonia and outside the country shared their experience and success stories. Moderators were a gallerist, writer, translator and lecturer\u00a0Keiu Krikmann and a historian of design and a lecturer\u00a0Triin Jerlei.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
